Complaints, Compliments and Comments

At Boort District Health we value your feedback and stories and there are lots of ways to provide complaints, compliments and comments.

If you want to share your story about positive and / or negative aspects of your experience for other patients and families to read you can do this publicly via the Patient Opinion website. Not only will other people benefit from you sharing your story but Boort District Health will also see this and can use the feedback to know what we are doing well and where we need to improve. Patient Opinion is safe and you will remain anonymous.

If you have a concern or complaint regarding current services or care being provided to you or a family member, please speak to a staff member directly involved with the care or the person in charge of the area. In most cases, this is the best way to resolve any concerns. If you are unsure of the number for the service please contact Boort District Health on (03) 54515200.
